I was born and raised in Monson Massachusetts….where Emily Norcross Dickinson (Emily Dickenson’s mother) was born and raised, and Emily herself spent many summers in town as a child. The Norcross house is still a prominent fixture on Main St.
I now reside in Rhode Island and enjoy my time writing and spending time with my family.
I am an aspiring author, currently in the middle of writing a children’s bed time storybook
I have met some really great people along the way, who happen to be great authors themselves, and I have learned so much from them
I hope you enjoy what you read here and look forward to your comments
Thanks for visiting and happy reading

Hey Jim! I’ve nominated you for the Beautiful Blogger Award! Congratulations!
Wow, allthings, I am really flattered, thank you so much. You really didnt need to go to the trouble, but I am glad you did
You know one of these days I will get your name from you ha-ha
Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
Just as I suspected–all my responses aren’t getting posted. I found if I’m responding through the little number at the top of the blog my responses are getting lost in cyber space. For some reason they don’t make it. My name is Arnel–I did answer, but it wasn’t delivered apparently, and I did wonder because I didn’t get a response.
. Oh well, glad you said something again.
And you are welcome!
Hey Arnel,
I always reply on the blog itself, not the reply thing in the number up top, I only do it so I can see my post when I post it because Ive got so much on my mind usually, that “flash of brilliance” may not be easily recalled if it doesn’t post ha-ha.
Thanks again
Jim, hello and good evening.as well . .
Children’s book, brilliant.

Other book/reading-related items for giveaways also are welcome: bookmarks, tote bags, anything that reflects a love of reading. This is her site: proudbooknerd.com

Hey Jim,
How’s the storybook going? I’m not sure if you received my email but here’s what I sent you.
I’m compiling a free e-book about the Greatest Articles and I’m featuring excellent comments. Your thoughts in “Bullying Helps” is a standout! I’m asking permission if I could include your words in the book?
All the best,
Justin G. Bautista
Hi Jim,
I hope everything’s going great. I’m on the final process of the ebook and I really think your comment is worth featuring. I’m still waiting for your response, and I’ll respect it whatever your decision is.
Cheers,
Justin
